LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT

Location of the plant must be free of pollution and sources of contamination. Buildings and plant facilities should be made based planning that meets the requirements of engineering and sanitation in accordance with building standards for the food industry, which is easy to clean, easy sanitized, maintained, and not a source of contamination.

1. Location of the plant must be in place that meets the requirements for a food company, which is free from contamination.
2. Pollution can come from:

5. The passing or parking vehicles should not be adjacent to the production room to avoid contamination of pollutants on the product.
6. The factory environment should be clean and free of dirt or materials that can cause contamination.
7. Line vehicles across the plant must be made separately with track employees. Vehicle speed in the factory yard a maximum of 10 km / h.
8. Page factories should be limited to guardrail by area around, so it can block the entry of such animals
birds, cats, dogs and other pets that can throw dirt in the yard or factory environment.
9. The factory environment should always be maintained by cutting grass, weeds and weeds regularly. Plants that are in the vicinity of the building must be spaced at least 2 meters so it is not attached to the building that can be a pest trajectory path.
