BUILDING FACILITIES
1. Information on the environment and the work space must be sufficient and in accordance with workplace health and safety standards, and must not change or give the impression of a different color with the actual color.
2. The intensity of illumination must be sufficient and adequate as well as tailored to the type of work:
a. Space that is not used continuously for work activities need illumination with light intensity of 100-200 Lux.
Example: Warehouse material storage containers, raw material storage warehouse.
b. Room or area used for menial jobs and not related to engine requires illumination with light intensity of 100-250 Lux.
Example: Warehouse WIP, raw materials unloading area, and the area unloading the final product.
c. Regular job that is not related to the tools or machine moves need illumination with light intensity of 100-300 Lux. Example: Space Laboratory.
d. Delicate work or in connection with a tool or machine that moves like charging processing or sorting of products on a conveyor necessary illumination with light intensity of 350-500 Lux. Example: Mixer Area, Area Wiecon, and space analysis and weigh in laboratories.
3. All lights must be shielded (cover) to prevent possible contamination of materials and products, as well as the injured worker if dropped or broken.
4. Each room must have an adequate air ventilation system guaranteeing good air circulation, can eliminate the vapors, gases, fumes, odors, dust, and heat that can contaminate the product and harm health.
5. Direction air flow must be set from the air-conditioned air is clean to dirty air area.
6. The air vent must be wire gauze with a hole diameter of 0.5 cm maximum order can not be traversed by insects and birds, and made of materials that are not corrosive and easy to clean.
7. Cyclone should be equipped with a screen to prevent contamination from the outside
8. The heating system, cooling and humidity regulator must be provided, controlled, and can be used for:
