with the needs of product quality and safety checks. This laboratory includes a chemical laboratory, physics laboratory and microbiology lab
1. Provision of laboratory facilities according to the type and level of risk products as well as inspection requirements
2. The laboratory must be able to provide proper examination results
3. The laboratory was built taking into consideration the safety factor and long-term development plan
4. The structure and building materials laboratory must comply with adapted to the requirements and analysis activities undertaken
5. The laboratory should be limited area and work clothes used in the laboratory may not be used in the production room
6. Officers must be competent and trained laboratory
7. All methods are valid and must be done in writing
8. Operation laboratory should refer to the correct system
9. Supporting facilities and laboratory safety are available complete
10. Implementation of the test may not cause cross-contamination of laboratory area of the production room
